What maintenance covers

Keeping the platform, plugins and dependencies current, because most successful attacks exploit something already patched. Monitoring uptime so we usually know before you do. Automated, tested backups. Regular checks that forms still deliver, links still work and nothing has quietly stopped functioning.

That last one matters more than it sounds. Contact forms fail silently more often than anyone expects, and the first sign is usually a quiet month.

Support when you need it

Small changes, a new page, updated prices, a fresh set of photographs. Things that take us minutes and would take you an afternoon of frustration.

You deal with the people who built your site, not a ticket queue. We know how it was put together, which is why answers arrive quickly.

24/7/365

Websites do not fail politely during office hours. Support is available around the clock, because a shop that is down on Saturday evening is losing real money.

Content updates

Many clients prefer to hand us changes rather than log in themselves. Both are fine. If you would rather do it yourself we will have trained you at handover, and if you would rather not, send it over and it is done.

Sites we did not build

We take on maintenance for sites built elsewhere. The first step is an audit, so we know what we are dealing with and you know what state it is genuinely in.

Occasionally that audit concludes that maintaining a site costs more than replacing it. We will tell you that honestly, even though it is the less convenient answer.
